Villa Serena is one of our premium properties – a luxury 2 bedroomed private villa right on the white sands of Klong Nin Beach, Koh Lanta.
This is truly a unique opportunity, as there are only a handful of absolute beachfront villas on Koh Lanta. Swimming in the private beachfront pool is an experience in itself, as you’re only 10 steps away from the sand and the ocean.
Villa Serena was built in 2009 in a unique Thai / Bali style with all modern, designer furnishings and western comforts.
2 large bedrooms both have airconditioning and fans, with Plasma TV, DVD and a huge collection of DVDs, provided courtesy of the owner. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with high quality fittings, hot water shower and bathtub. The upstairs bedroom has a great seaview, and the downstairs bedroom has its own private garden area with outdoor shower – perfect for cooling off in the heat of the day.
The living area has comfortable sofa and huge double doors which open out directly to the terrace and pool area.
Villa Serena faces west, meaning you get perfect unbroken sunset seaviews over the island of Koh Phi Phi and the Andaman Sea. The private walled garden is immaculately kept, and there is a shaded ‘Sala’ where you can enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day, looking down onto the beach.
